Appalachian Trail District Eagle Scout Process
The Appalachian Trail District serves all the communities of Berkshire County and the surrounding communities of Cummington, Worthington, Middlefield, Blandford, Chester, Huntington, Montgomery, Russell, and Stamford VT.
Eagle Project Proposal and Board of Review Information
All Eagle project proposals are approved by the district advancement chairman, please contact Joshua Hall at stockbridge295@hotmail.com, (413) 464-4277.
EAGLE BOARD OF REVIEW PROCEDURES (please review the BSA Guide to Advancement Section 9 for more specific information)

After making a copy, deliver or send only the completed Eagle Scout Rank Application (either printed from https://scoutbook.scouting.org or downloaded from www.scouting.org/advancement) signed by the unit leader and committee chair to the Western Massachusetts Council (WMC) service center office for verification - 850 High Street, Holyoke MA 01040 or iris.sosa@scouting.org.

WMC will verify the application information against BSA records and, once accurate, will return it to the Unit Leader.

Next the Unit Leader or Designee must contact Joshua Hall at stockbridge295@hotmail.com, (413) 464-4277. Joshua will work out the date/time/location of the Board of Review with the Unit Leader or Designee, arrange for at least one representative from the Appalachian Trail District or Council for the review, discuss arrangements for references to be secured from those listed on the application, and provide sample Eagle Scout Board of Review questions to share with other Board of Review members.

The Unit Leader or Designee must bring to the Board of Review (1) the original verified Eagle application, (2) the Scout's statement of ambitions and life purpose, (3) listing of positions, honors, and awards, (4) a copy of the Eagle Scout Project Workbook and supporting documentation, such as photos, (5) sealed Letters of Reference, and (6) a completed Advancement Form for the Eagle Scout Rank and any Palms.

Following a successful Board of Review, the Eagle Scout Board of Review Chair and District Representative will sign the application and all members of the board will sign the Advancement Form.

Finally, after making a copy, please deliver or send only the signed Eagle Scout Application and signed Advancement Report to Iris Sosa 850 High Street, Holyoke MA 01040 or iris.sosa@scouting.org.
General Knox District Eagle Scout Process
The General Knox District serves the communities of Tolland, Granville, Southwick, Westfield, Agawam, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Ludlow, Wilbraham, Hampden, Palmer, Monson, Brimfield, Wales, Holland, Springfield, West Springfield, and Chicopee.
Eagle Scout Project and Board of Review Information
For an appointment to dropoff of a workbook or to schedule a review, you must call Eagle Rep Robert Perkins at 413 427 3535, or email bobbyjperkins31@gmail.com. He will inform you on location.
Once they see Bob with workbook and application form, the scout will then do the following procedure.

Hold onto the original application, the scout will scan a copy and email it to iris.sosa@scouting.org for verification. Art will then email Bob Perkins the Application for approval to have an Eagle Board.

The scout will, on the day of Eagle board, have the original application for the Eagle Board to sign.

The scout will have both copies and advancement form that must be mailed to the council office to be processed.
An email invitation to attend a Eagle Board for either Project Review or Eagle Board will be sent out by Bob Perkins.
Please make sure Emails are correct for both Eagle candidate and Unit Leaders.

Metacomet District Eagle Scout Process
The Metacomet District serves communities in Hampshire and Franklin Counties and the community of Holyoke.
