March 1 – May 9, 2026

Support your Scout unit while offering delicious pancake mixes and locally produced maple syrup. This spring sale is a great opportunity for Scouts to raise funds for their program while sharing quality products with their community.

Each Pancake & Waffle Mix makes approximately 16–18 four-inch pancakes.

Commission

Units keep 33% of the total sales price as their commission.

Delivery / Pickup

Orders can be picked up at:

Western Massachusetts Council Office
During regular business hours.

Units will be notified when all products have arrived.

If you need items for a special event, please let us know.
Additional delivery arrangements may be accommodated.

Take Order Forms are available to download and print below.
Forms are also available at the Council Office.

All items on the Pancake & Syrup order form are sold as a Take Order Sale, meaning no returns are allowed.

Show & Sell Sample Box (Optional)

Units may reserve a Show & Sell Sample Box to sell products at events.

Important:
Any unsold products must be returned by May 6, 2026.
If the box is not returned, the unit will be billed for the full box.

A contract must be signed by the volunteer picking up the box agreeing to these terms.
