Contingent Information

The Pocumtuc Lodge sends a contingent of youth and adult Arrowmen to each National Order of the Arrow Conference. These delegates participate in a wide array of program, make connections with other Arrowmen from accross the country, and have the opportunity to participate in training sessions to bring value back to their home units, lodge, and council.

Cost

The cost to attend NOAC 2024 with the Pocumtuc Lodge is $1,200. 

What's Included:

• Roundtrip airfare to Denver Intl. Airport
• Roundtrip Shuttles from the airport to NOAC
• NOAC Program Fee
• All Meals
• Pocumtuc Lodge Swag Package (T-Shirts, Patches, Etc)

Payment Schedule

A minimum payment of $675 is due by February 1st 2024. Full payment is due in full no later than April 1st 2024 to allow for proper reservations to be made and confirmed in a timely manner. 

A $50 Early Bird Discount will be applied for payments made in full by February 1st. 

Traveling to NOAC

We will be flying to and from Denver Intl. Airport and shuttling to the University of Colorado Boulder via bus.

Fundraising

Fundraising activities will be made available as the contingent is formed. Talk to contingent leadership to assist with the planning of these opportunities.

Contingent Meetings

There will be a few contingent meetings before departure. These will be coordinated via email as required.
