Dear Scouts and Scouters,
Alpha Phi Omega has just been notified that the spaces reserved on Campus for MBU are no longer available to us. In addition, the members were notified yesterday that they are not to return to Campus after Spring Break which starts tomorrow after classes. Students will remain at home until at least April 3rd. At this point we are unable to reserve any space on Campus for any date forcing us to cancel Day 2 of MBU 2020.
We will be unable to process any refunds since all the materials have been purchased already. We will attempt to get patches to all participants as soon as we are able to. All Scouts registered for MBU 2020 will receive a credit for MBU 2021.
If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com. Please remember that we may not be able to address all questions until the Campus situation is resolved and students return.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope that all of you stay well during this situation.

Hello Scouts, Parents, Leaders and all
As some of you might have heard, due to the University of Massachusetts, Amherst announcement for all classes to be held online and for students to stay away from campus until April 3rd. With that information, Merit Badge University Session 2 is postponed until further notice.
Until we hear more information from campus officials, we are unable to hold organized events or return to campus until at least April 3rd. We hope to reschedule MBU, but understand that the situation is fluid due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus). I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this causes, but this is an unplanned occurrence.
I will get back to you with more information about MBU as it becomes available. For now, I wish you all well. Have a good evening.
Sincerely yours,Steven VoAPOKO MBU Chair
