Camp Maintenance

Horace A. Moses Scout Reservation is improved and maintained by a passionate group of volunteers who assist council professionals and the Camp Ranger. Volunteers are always needed, regardless of professional background, to maintain our top-notch camp.

The Camp Maintenance Committee meets the first Saturday of each month at the Camp Moses Maintenance Shop promptly at 9:00 AM. Please send agenda items to the committee chair before the meeting.

Camp Work Days

Join the maintenance crew and tackle a variety of projects on our work days, held on the first Saturday of the month. All work days start at 10:00 AM (immediately following the Maintenance Committee meeting) at the maintenance shop and lunch will be provided.

Bring your own tools, or use camp tools. Units are welcome to attend! Be sure to check the council calendar for any changes or cancellations.

Special Projects

You or your unit can sponsor a special project to improve camp. Please contact the maintenance committee chair to discuss ideas.
