Section Induction Weekend

August 14th-16th, Paugassett Lodge will be hosting our Section E20 Induction Experience at Camp Strang in Goshen, CT

Each lodge is required to send 12-20 Arrowmen to participate in this event to best prepare for your transitions to the new induction processes. I encourage you to begin identifying key Arrowmen, both youth and adults, that would be interested in attending with the intent of eventually leading your lodge through this shift. The attending Arrowmen should be a mixture of youth and adults with experience and motivation to serve as elangomats, ceremonialists, and induction leads. Although it is important to identify at least five ceremonialists, you should ensure a diverse range of roles are in attendance.
