Event Overview

Join us for a fun and exciting winter adventure at Yukon Daze! Cub Scouts will enjoy winter-themed challenges, outdoor activities, and team-building games.

Possible activities include:

• Sled/team challenges

•  Winter outdoor skills

•  Cub Scout skills stations

• Hot cocoa & warming station

 

Schedule

Registration: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM
Opening Ceremony: 9:00 AM

 

Pre-Registration Deadline

Pre-Registration Deadline: January 19, 2026 

Only the number of youth and adults expected to attend is required at the time of pre-registration.

Pre-registration is crucial because it allows the Yukon Daze activity committee to:

• Assign appropriate stations sites

• Ensure sufficient staffing

• Prepare activity materials, tools, and supplies

• Plan stations and traffic flow

The committee understands that units may not be able to finalize their full roster until very close to the event.
Pack rosters will be submitted—and any fee balances reconciled—at check-in.

For accurate planning and safe staffing, we must have a reasonably accurate estimate of how many youth and adults will be attending.
