All Cubmasters, Assistants, Den Leaders, Scoutmasters, Assistants, Venture and Exploring Leaders and Unit committee members are invited to participate. Please invite parents and friends interested in helping the District.

Metacomet District incorporates the Counties of Franklin and Hampshire and the City of Holyoke.

Currently we have 9 Cub Scout Packs, 13 Scouts -BSA Troops, 2 Venture Crews

and 1 Sea Scout Ship

The District Committee, made of elected volunteers, supports the Cub Scout Packs, Scout Troops and Venture Crews through program, membership, service and fiscal services.

Come and meet other Scouters. In this time where so much information is on-line and on social media, we are missing the fellowship and the opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge with other Scouters.

Our meeting will include:

Snacks and Beverages. Potluck, bring something to share (snacks, drinks)

· Gathering time to meet other Scouters and renew friendships

· Short presentation about the District Committee

· Discussion about the future of the Metacomet District

· Nominations of volunteers to staff the District Committee
