Council Adult Conservation Leadership Award

Awarded to an adult in recognition of environmental leadership and a commitment to conservation education of youth for a period of at least three years.

This award is administered by the Council Conservation Committee and is by nomination only.

The individual has led and/or participated in two conservation service projects at the Horace A. Moses Scout Reservation.

The individual led or participated in meaningful local town, community or unit conservation or environmental programs or projects (participation may include assisting a Scout with their conservation themed Eagle Scout project, Venturing Summit Award project, or youth Distinguished Conservation Service Award).

Individual is a registered Merit Badge Counselor in at least one merit badge in the environmental field (any of the 21 merit badges listed in the Distinguished Conservation Service Award requirements).
