The Council Conservation Committee meets on the third Monday every month of the year. The committee is responsible for ensuring that proper conservation protocals are followed at the Moses Scout Reservation.
Some specific items include keeping the Camp Conservation Plan up-to-date, providing a list of conservation projects for units to participate in at Moses, whether during summer camp or on weekends and ensuring that the council trail system is developed with ecology in mind.
In addition, the committee provides programs for WHOA! weekends and reviews applications for the Hornaday Award.
All are welcome to attend and participate!
