Join Sea Scouting in Western MA

High Adventure In, On, Around, and Under the Water! That’s what Sea Scouting is all about. It’s an inclusive program through Scouting America for all youth aged 14–21 (or 13 and completed the 8th grade), and operated through Sea Scout Ships—units of youth and advisors just like you!

The Western Mass. Council currently has two Sea Scout Ships:

  • Ship 235 “The Duck” based in Holyoke – (About Ship 235)
  • Ship 303 “Even Keel” based in South Hadley – (About Ship 303)
