Copy and distribute the instructions and sponsor sheet.
Have scouts get pledges using the instructions and sponsor
sheet.
Check with scouts about pledges and check sheets. |

How many scouts and others are bowling from your unit?
I NEED to reserve the right number of lanes at the right time.
If your numbers increase or decrease, PLEASE tell me.

Bowl & have FUN! Each unit will receive a summary sheet. |

Have scouts collect and turn in pledge money to you, the leader.
Compute 40% of money collected and deposit in your unit’s
treasury. |

Remit
Payment to Western Mass. Council
Per Unit Summary Sheet: 60% ( 40% profit & 20%
expenses) |
REWARDS:
40% profit to your unit. All bowlers receive a custom Bowl-a-Thon
patch.
Any
bowler who returns $100 or more will receive a Bowl-a-Thon T-Shirt.

Scout Courtesy dictates that you respond to this invitation with either
a “YES” or a “NO.”
