Yes, it’s Knox Trail District Bowl-a-Thon Time!

If you answered, “Yes” - then we’ve got the program just for you:
BOWL-A-THON!

WHO can participate?           

All scouts, leaders, and their family members.

REWARDS:

40% profit to your unit. 
All bowlers receive a custom Knox Trail Bowl-a-Thon patch.

1. Decide who from your unit is interested.
2. Copy and distribute the enclosed instructions and sponsor sheet.
3. Mail the reservation form to Fritz at WMC before February 27, 2009:
   date, time, & pin preference and the number of participants you’ll have.
   (You must have a reservation in order to bowl. Fritz will confirm.)
4. Have scouts get pledges using the instructions and sponsor sheet.
5. Come to the appointed lanes 15 minutes prior to the time scheduled.
6. Bowl & have FUN! Each unit will receive a summary sheet.
7. Have scouts collect and turn in pledge money to you, the leader.
8. Compute 40% of money collected and deposit in your unit’s treasury.
9. Remit 60% (to pay expenses & fund programs) to Western Massachusetts Council, Chicopee Service Center, by March 31, 2010.

Return your reservation form by March 1, 2010 to let us know how many scouts in your unit will be participating and when and where you would prefer to bowl.  We will confirm date, time, and location with you.
